This option is for people who prefer to train at home, in a condo gym, garage gym, small private gym, or with limited equipment. I assess your goals, current training, available equipment, movement priorities, and training space, then build a practical plan around what you can realistically do. This is not a generic home workout plan. The goal is to make your current setup work better.
How I decide the next step
I use the consultation to understand the goal, training background, schedule, location, and level of support needed. Some people only need an assessment and direction. Others are better suited to ongoing private personal training.
