I do not believe most people need more random fitness information. They need someone to look at where they are starting, remove unnecessary noise, correct what is not working, and give them a clear next step.

My coaching is assessment-based. I want to know how you move, how you train, what your schedule allows, what your nutrition currently looks like, and what can realistically change.

The goal is not to overwhelm you with options. The goal is to make the next step obvious.

Private Personal Training

$100 standard session / $130 travel session

For hands-on coaching with strength, technique, mobility, programming, and body-composition support. Start here if you want individualized coaching rather than another generic plan.

Home-Based Training Assessment

$100 assessment / $130 travel session if travel is needed

For adults who want clear training direction without needing to join or rely on a commercial gym.

This option is for people who prefer to train at home, in a condo gym, garage gym, small private gym, or with limited equipment. I assess your goals, current training, available equipment, movement priorities, and training space, then build a practical plan around what you can realistically do. This is not a generic home workout plan. The goal is to make your current setup work better.
