Each 12-week coaching package includes one scheduled 60-minute coaching appointment per week.

Depending on what the client needs that week, the appointment may include:

This is not a simple 12-session package. It is a 12-week coaching package that includes assessment, planning, weekly appointments, progress tracking, and adjustments.
