Private personal training is for adults who want one-to-one coaching for exercise technique, progressive training, strength, muscle, movement quality, and body-composition support.
Delivery
Sessions can take place by arrangement at a client's home, permitted gym, or suitable training space. Travel sessions may be available in nearby areas.
$100 standard session / $130 travel session.
How sessions are used
Sessions focus on direct coaching, exercise selection, technique, progression, and practical adjustments based on your ability, equipment, and goal.
Practical nutrition guidance may be discussed when it supports body-composition progress, but the session itself remains a private training appointment.
