ACE Certified Personal Trainer

Additional ACE education includes behavior change, corrective exercise, fitness nutrition, senior fitness, weight management, breathing for performance, and AI in fitness.

My Behavior Change Specialist education helps me coach the habits, routines, decision-making, and consistency required to make a training or fat-loss plan work in real life.

My Senior Fitness education helps me adapt training for older adults, returning exercisers, and people who need appropriate progression.

Coaching style

My coaching style is calm, supportive, and direct. I take training seriously, but I do not believe coaching needs to be loud, complicated, or intimidating.

I work best with people who want structure, accountability, and clear guidance around fat loss, strength training, muscle building, and long-term health.

My own training matters because I have spent years building strength, muscle, and consistency myself. I understand the process from direct experience, not just from textbooks.

The approach is straightforward: assess first, build the plan, coach in person, review weekly, and adjust based on progress.
