How I coach
My coaching style is calm, direct, supportive, and structured. I take training seriously, but I do not believe coaching needs to be loud, complicated, or intimidating.
I start by learning where you are now: how you move, how you train, what your schedule allows, what equipment is available, and what your nutrition currently looks like.
From there, I give you a clear next step instead of overwhelming you with options.
