Initial Assessment

The plan starts with understanding the client.

Every package starts with a short free consultation. If the consultation is a good fit, the next step is a paid initial assessment. Initial assessment: $100. If you sign up for a 12-week package, the $100 assessment fee is credited toward the package.

What the assessment is for

The intake evaluation is not a formality.

This is where I learn the client's goal, starting point, training history, schedule, food habits, limitations, and realistic 12-week target before building the plan.

The plan is built after the assessment, not before. That makes the first phase more useful, realistic, and specific to the person in front of me.
